Hong Kong: MISUZU Seisen (Hong Kong) Limited once again wins three awards at the Hong Kong Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority’s “Good MPF Employer” event
MISUZU Seisen (Hong Kong) Limited has announced that it has once again been awarded the “Good MPF Employer Award,” “e-Contribution Award,” and “MPF Support Award” in the 2024-2025 “Good MPF Employer” selection by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority. This marks the second consecutive year our company has received such recognition, highlighting our solid commitment to employee retirement protection.
The “Good MPF Employer” award is an authoritative recognition by the MPF Schemes Authority that honors companies for their compliance and optimization of employee protection. Our company’s triple award reflects rigorous compliance management while showcasing outstanding performance in contribution services and protection education.
The “Good MPF Employer Award” stems from the group’s emphasis on employee protection: in addition to strictly adhering to statutory contribution requirements, we have also implemented voluntary contributions, strengthening employees’ retirement security with a focus on human care.
The “e-Contribution Award” results from a comprehensive digital upgrade of our processes: by connecting to the MPF Schemes Authority’s “eMPF” platform, we achieve real-time tracking of contributions, reducing the risk of errors and ensuring timely deposits, thereby upholding efficient and rigorous management standards.
The “MPF Support Award” is a result of the collaboration between the Human Resources and Administration departments. Through internal seminars, staff training, and online consultations, we help employees clarify their MPF rights and benefits.
The company stated: “Winning these awards consecutively is both an honor and a responsibility. These three awards belong to every employee. In the future, we will continue to prioritize compliance and human care, optimize our protection system, and enable employees to create value with peace of mind.”
According to MPF Schemes Authority data, approximately 2,400 companies received awards this year, reflecting an increased emphasis on employee protection. Misuzu Seisen (Hong Kong) Limited will use this recognition as a new starting point, continuing to uphold the “Employees First” philosophy and contribute to the development of Hong Kong’s employment environment and MPF system.
